You are testing out some new flight technology developed by N.U.T Industries. Turns out it's a hula hoop. Make it to the top of the course as fast as you can, and show that there is some hope for squirrels in a hawk dominated world.

Hold left click while shaking your mouse left and right to shake those hips and begin flight. 

Must fullscreen for best experience. Yes this game is supposed to be hard don't worry.
